Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Program Manager / Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving alignment across teams. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to meet our business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and alignment.
  • Resource Management: Manage project resources, including budgets and team assignments, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives and customer expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in project management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience in program or project management, preferably within the technology or software industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
