The Product Testing Team, part of the Product Immersion Testing team within BPM, is seeking a Program Manager who is passionate about testing and launching Meta's newest business and marketing solutions. This Program Manager will bring operational strategy and process to alpha, beta, and generally available (GA) product testing and influence new products for scaled release. The Program Manager will effectively collaborate with our Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing and Operations partners and be experienced performing under high-pressure, fast-moving and often ambiguous conditions. You will have demonstrated experience in cross-functional communication and project execution, knowledgeable about marketing, adept with Meta's business tools (e.g. Ads Manager), and have an aptitude for measurement and data analysis.BA/BS degree 4+ years of work experience with program/project management, customer service, marketing, user or User Experience research and/or operations 4+ years of work experience in managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of digital marketing campaigns Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance Experience using A/B testing Experience working/building relationships with cross-functional teams, delivering impact through communication, and influencing teams toward achieving goals Experience implementing processes and programs that improve product or operational performance Professional working fluency in Spanish is needed, as this role manages relationships and communications with businesses in LatAm and locations where communications are generally made in Spanish Experience dealing with fast-moving and ambiguous problems Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels Experience working with or in support of a wide-range of communities Experience with Ads Manager and/or other interfaces within Meta's ad platform
