To continue scaling our impact, we are seeking a Program Manager, Process Improvement to join our Schooling Team. About the Role We are seeking a Program Manager, Process Improvement to serve as a builder and refiner of the "machinery" our Schooling team manages to deliver our learning design across our 57 (and growing) schools. You'll partner cross-functionally to streamline service delivery, lead high-stakes transformation projects, and be the keeper of operational excellence across school-facing teams. This role is ideal for a systems thinker and project leader who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of major strategic initiatives that improve service delivery across academic, operational, and school-support teams. * In partnership with school based leaders and network teams, build scalable, repeatable processes and planning tools that enhance coordination, increase operational efficiency, and ensure high-quality execution across a fast growing school network. * Serve as a connective tissue within and between departments-driving alignment, clarity, and momentum on complex, multi-team efforts through clear documentation, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution, and extremely well crafted written communication * Develop and maintain performance tracking systems that use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of services and surface actionable insights for improvement. * Analyze current workflows and service models to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation (leveraging AI), redesign, or improvement in school-facing support. * Design and lead structured change management strategies to support the adoption of new tools, processes, and programs across our Network and Schooling-based user, including training, communication plans, and stakeholder feedback loops. * Champion the strategic use of project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) and other tools to enhance transparency, reporting, and accountability across projects and planning cycles. * Serve as a thought partner in designing and testing inventive solutions to complex schooling challenges-bringing bold, systems-level thinking, challenging conventional approaches, and pioneering new models for service delivery, operational excellence, and growth. Qualifications * 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, project management, consulting, or strategic planning roles, ideally in a fast-scaling or mission-driven organization. * AI & Language Model Integration: Leverage expertise in large language models (LLMs) and advanced language modeling techniques to design, test, and integrate AI-driven solutions that streamline operations, enhance knowledge management, and improve service delivery across the schooling network * Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and improving service delivery across complex stakeholder ecosystems. * Strong command of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall, etc.) * Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization. * Experience with platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent. * Bachelor's degree required; PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification a plus.
