Program Manager for our
The Choice is Yours program. The Choice is Yours (TCY) is an innovative program for first-time, nonviolent felony drug offenders facing one to two year prison sentences. Upon successful completion, the program offers graduates the opportunity to have their criminal records
expunged,
removing the stigma of a criminal record.

Job Duties
- Maintain a working knowledge of City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia DAO, PD, Montco, Delco, DAO, PDA and PCCD regulations regarding policies, procedures and funder program outcomes.
- Ensure effective, accurate and coordinated communications with all internal and external program partners.
- Oversee daily operations of a diversion program for 18-24 year olds. Coordinate all services provided by internal staff and external partners as necessary.
- Actively participate in the research aspect of each pilot program by attending trainings.
- Ensure staff meet and develop relationships with TCY clients needing education enhancement or employment specifically clients with Limited English Proficiency and/or whose primary language is not English.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Relevant experience in diversion or reentry services and an Associate’s degree can be considered along with a background in business, workforce development, human services or job development.
- 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Individuals with lived experience in the justice system encouraged to apply.

The base pay for this position ranges from $58,000 to $71,000. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
