Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various capital projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of financial acumen, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?




  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.


    What's Needed?




    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in pharmaceutical research and development facilities.
    • Project Management Professional certification (PMP) strongly preferred.
    • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
