Join a high-impact infrastructure program supporting the future of WA’s energy landscape. We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager to drive the delivery of critical energy infrastructure initiatives, including a large-scale battery storage deployment and a regional asset uplift strategy.

About The Role

You’ll be leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a major technology-led infrastructure program that includes the rollout of several hundred field devices across Western Australia. These assets are essential to real-time monitoring, control, and integration with the national energy market operator.

Working alongside vendors, local contractors, and internal delivery teams, you’ll ensure successful deployment of services into operational environments, with minimal disruption. This role requires a strong mix of infrastructure delivery expertise, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, time, and budget alignment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to manage field deployments and site works.
  • Act as the primary point of contact across business, operations, and technical teams.
  • Support governance and reporting requirements across the enterprise.
  • Drive the uplift and replacement of ageing technology assets at regional locations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new infrastructure into existing operational systems.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering infrastructure or operational technology (OT) programs in a utilities or energy context.
  • Strong vendor and contractor management experience across geographically dispersed projects.
  • Comfortable engaging across technical teams, business leaders, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with energy networks, distributed assets, or field device deployments (desirable).
  • Experience working within a structured project delivery framework (e.g. Prince2, PMBOK, Agile).

Why Join?

  • Contribute to a major program driving innovation and stability in the energy sector.
  • Work on high-visibility, future-focused projects impacting WA’s energy future.
  • Hybrid work model based in Perth with occasional regional site visits.

Apply now to be part of a team making a real impact in the energy transition.
