You will manage project tasks for development projects, excluding the Build-to-Print and contract manufacturing side of the business, and lead technical scopes with software, firmware, and electrical engineers. Responsibilities * Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget while adhering to quality standards and procedures. * Partner with engineers to discuss design and engineering choices for profitability and scheduled timelines. * Manage communication between subcontractors, internal partners, and customers. * Coordinate technical scope and lead project teams in a matrix leadership environment. Essential Skills * 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Project Engineering for development and R&D projects. * Experience leading projects or programs with a technical scope, specifically partnering with software, firmware, and electrical engineers. * Direct experience managing budgets, schedules, timelines for deliverables, and customer communication. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Preferred experience with government programs, particularly in space and defense. Work Environment The work environment is a small site with office space and assembly and lab areas, located in a modest office building within a small business park that houses Maxar Technologies.
