Experience: 6 - 12 Yrs

• Must be from Premier / A Grade Engineering Colleges, B-Schools
• 7-12 years of experience in Oracle ERP
• IT/ERP Project, Program Management
• Global Experience
• Experience of ERP implementations, specific to Inventory and Procurement
• Hands on system / data management experience
• Decisiveness and leadership, demonstrated through commitment and relationship skills
• Strong communicator, confident over a number of different channels
• Experience of managing projects in different countries
• Strong Project Management skills
• Strong people management and inclusive skills
• Demonstrated to be a self-initiative starter
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Clear thinking and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
• Strong influencing skills to get stakeholders towards a single goal
• Must be able to energize teams at all levels of the organization and effectively balance multiple initiatives
