Overview
Lead PMO for a workstream, providing clear direction and management of project managers and project coordinators. Seeking PMO Leadership to perform the following responsibilities:
Day To Day Responsibilities Include
Methodology Development: Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure effective project delivery.
Project Oversight: Oversee and monitor all projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Ensure project outcomes align with business goals.
Governance: Establish and enforce governance standards, including project approval processes, project review cycles, and project performance metrics.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal utilization and prioritization based on organizational goals.
Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management. Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks across projects. Implement risk management processes and ensure all risks are communicated and managed.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance project management standards and practices.
