DXC Practice for Oracle is the largest independent provider of Oracle consulting and managed services in Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a Program Manager with experience in Oracle CC&B or CCS implementations to join our DXC Oracle Practice delivery team in Melbourne.

Key Skills And Experience

• Proven leadership in large-scale Oracle Utilities or CC&B programs required
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle CC&B implementation and enhancement programs
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to align project goals
• Ensure compliance with utility industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee solution design, testing, deployment, and change management activities
• Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive communication
• Facilitate issue resolution and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle
• Strong program delivery experience using Agile methodology would be desirable
