Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager – Operations with strong aerospace experience to lead and coordinate production transfers between international sites and drive New Product Industrialization (NPI) through to full-rate production. This is a high-impact role central to our global growth and operational excellence strategy. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless transitions, robust planning, and successful industrial launches that meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of production transfers across international entities
  • Drive the industrialization of new aerospace products from design freeze through pilot production to serial launch
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure process readiness, tooling, work instructions, capacity planning, and regulatory compliance
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transition and ramp-up
  • Ensure all quality, regulatory, and certification requirements (FAA, EASA, AS9100, etc.) are met
  • Report project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting risks, delays, and countermeasures
  • Lead regular project reviews, team stand-ups, and stakeholder updates
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence, problem solving, and continuous improvement
  • Possible travels up to 20% of the working time in the first 2 years of employment


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Aerospace, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in aerospace manufacturing, operations, or NPI (New Products Industrialization).
  • Proven experience leading production transfers and/or new product launches in a regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace production standards and processes
  • Experience managing cross-functional and international teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Planisware or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or industrial engineering background
  • Experience working with aerospace OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
  • Familiarity with EASA/FAA certification and production approval processes
