Summary
Role : Program Manager - OFSAA
Location : Malaysia
Duration : Long term contract
Job Scope
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program/project management within financial services, with at least 5 years of experience specifically managing OFSAA-related programs
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-functional projects
Strong understanding of OFSAA products and modules (OFSAAIR, OFSAAR, OFSAFR, etc.)
Extensive experience working with stakeholders across business, IT, and vendor organizations
Strong program management skills, including expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
In-depth knowledge of financial services and risk management
Experience with data integration, financial reporting, and business intelligence solutions
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS, and other financial regulations
