JEVS Human Services currently has an exciting opportunity as a Program Manager for our The Choice is Yours program. The Choice is Yours (TCY) is an innovative program for first-time, nonviolent felony drug offenders facing one to two year prison sentences. Upon successful completion, the program offers graduates the opportunity to have their criminal records expunged, removing the stigma of a criminal record. This role, located in our Norristown location offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 2 days each week on-site and 3 days remote. This position is full time, 35 hours per week. Job Duties: * Maintain a working knowledge of Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, MontCo Defenders Association, Montco Probation and Parole, Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) and Opportunities Industrialization Centers of America (OICA) regulations regarding policies, procedures, and funder program outcomes. * Ensure effective, accurate and coordinated communications with all internal and external program partners. * Oversee daily operations of a diversion program for 18-24 year olds. Coordinate all services provided by internal staff and external partners as necessary. * Actively participate in the research aspect of each pilot program by attending trainings. * Ensure staff meet and develop relationships with TCY clients needing education enhancement or employment specifically clients with Limited English Proficiency and/or whose primary language is not English. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Relevant experience in diversion or reentry services and an Associate's degree can be considered along with a background in business, workforce development, human services or job development. * 3 years supervisory experience preferred. * Individuals with lived experience in the justice system encouraged to apply. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
