Devereux Florida’s Treatment Foster Care Program serves children and adults with significant behavioral and emotional needs. Individuals are referred to Devereux via Florida’s Child Welfare system and Agency for Persons with Disabilities. Treatment foster parents are extensively trained to address each individual's needs and work with them toward their treatment goals. The Foster Care Program Manager position involves administrative and managerial tasks (management of resources, problem-solving, planning), recruitment and licensing of foster homes, and personnel-related tasks (professional development of staff, employee performance assessment, and supervision). This position is also clinical in nature in that it ensures appropriate and effective clinical services such as assessment, treatment planning, intervention consultation, and case management. This position is
home-based with some field work and a typical day would include administrative work (emails, meetings, phone calls, impromptu consultations), as well as interfacing with various Devereux team members, foster families, and external stakeholders in the TFC program and services. Visits to foster homes, recruitment and retention events, are also a portion of responsibilities for this management position.
Position Details
Salary Range: $65,000-74,100/year (based on experience/education)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (hybrid), on-call rotation

Qualifications
Education & Licensure:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related area of study and at least two years' experience in human services or relevant field OR
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related area of study and four years' experience.
- Certified as Child Welfare Case Manager (CWCM) in the state of Florida required
Other Requirements
- Valid Driver's license
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.
