JOB SUMMARY
CSU Global is seeking a Program Manager (PM) who is responsible for the mission-success, administrative and educational oversight of assigned academic program(s) for the effective completion of assigned tasks, and execution of performance management in accordance with university policies and procedures, to deliver the highest level of educational and instructional quality and excellence towards workplace success for CSU Global’s mission-achievement and nontraditional learners. The PM is responsible for providing leadership for program operations including development, implementation, assessment, and revision of courses and curricula, program faculty and instructor management and development, accreditation and organizational compliance activities, advisory group management, enrollment and recruiting support for program faculty and instructors, and maintaining a positive relationship with other program and college constituencies. ** This position is an appointment until June 30, 2026, with eligibility to reapply.**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Operations:
- Coordinates the development, evaluation, and revision of curricular and pedagogical aspects of the assigned academic program(s) to ensure a high-quality curriculum, positive student learning experience, and that program outcomes are being met.
- Verifies and ensures accuracy of program and course details in the academic catalog.
- Maintains curriculum maps which link program learning outcomes to program courses.
- Completes a bi-annual program assessment to review program data, quality measures, and constituent feedback.
- Coordinates program accreditation activities as needed and ensures the program is compliant with all requirements and reports.
- Identifies advisory group members and facilitates regular meetings to ensure that the curricular offerings are current, timely, and best prepared for students.
- Coordinates, promotes, and supports student membership in all program-related honor societies and student organizations, as needed by the program.
- Responds promptly to all requests and issues (e.g., curriculum questions, course issues, curriculum ticket, grade appeals, student and faculty issues/questions) according to CSU Global service-level agreements.
- Maintains relevant and up-to-date program marketing descriptions.
- Collaborates with university constituents to support program marketing, recruitment, admission, advising, and retention efforts to ensure enrollment goals and fiscal performance goals are met.
- Completes program admissions reviews, transcript evaluations (TES), and prior learning assessments in a timely manner.
- Teach or redevelop courses in the Program Manager’s program(s). In general, a PM must teach at least one course per calendar year. Exceptions may be made based on specific program needs and through consultation with the Provost.
- Achieves quality control of every course in the program through term-on-term blueprint and review shell checks, setting up processes with faculty for quality assurance, and working with the Curriculum Development department to solve course content issues.15
- Contribute to the promulgation of the CSU Global culture and core values through demonstrated behaviors.
Personnel Operations:
- In collaboration with Faculty Operations, be responsible for the success of the part-time faculty towards the university mission and goals through credentialing, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and professional development of program faculty.
- In collaboration with Faculty Operations, perform faculty and instructor personnel functions such as selection, credentialing, course assignments, retention, training, evaluation, goal setting, performance management, corrective action, coaching, and mentoring.
- Participates in selection and performance management of course content experts (CE) and supports curriculum processes and deadlines for course development and quality review.
- Collaborate with Faculty Operations to ensure faculty qualification and credentialing processes are followed by the following: Manage the initial and ongoing faculty credentialing process per CSU Global and HLC Policies; prepare Faculty Credentialing reports for the Annual Program Review; conduct annual yearly reviews and participate in drafting changes to the Faculty Handbook
- Engages in regular communications with faculty through meetings, emails, and newsletter
- Work with the Faculty Coordinator to develop communication plans with faculty instructors regarding their scores and areas of strength and improvement
- Submits a quarterly program report summarizing accomplishments and planning priorities for faculty development, staffing, curriculum alignment with faculty strengths, and faculty involvement in the program; submits three quarterly reports (Q1, Q2, Q3) to align program work with University’s strategic plan.
- Serves as a liaison with relevant professional associations and state and national regulatory and accrediting agencies.
- Participates with Faculty Operations to communicate, review, decision, document, order, and ensure receipt of annual faculty awards
Program Representation:
- Represents the program at institutional and programmatic events and ceremonies.
- Serves on various university committees, task forces, and work groups.
- Maintain the highest level of ethical standard and confidentiality in the execution of all duties performed.
- Carries out duties in compliance with all System, state and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Complies with all University policies and procedures.
- Remains current in profession and industry trends.
- Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by making suggestions for improvement, learning new skills, procedures, and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Doctorate degree with a minimum of eighteen (18) hours of graduate credit hours in Business, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in Business, Business Administration, or very closely related field; leadership experience preferred.
- Must have three (3) years of experience teaching in any modality or developing curriculum in an online environment.
- Must either have completed FCC100 at CSU Global or register to take FCC100 within the first 3 months of employment with CSU Global.
- Professional licensure, certification, and/ or endorsements relating to Business, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred.
- Must have experience working with accreditation agencies to recertify or seek initial accreditation, either institutional or programmatic (i.e., report writing, visit preparation, interviewing with accreditors).
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
● Remote position with occasional travel to Colorado required.

Salary: $81,993 annually.
