Program Manager (Key Personnel)

The Program Manager provides overall leadership and contract oversight for the Prince William County Medication Assistance Program. This key role involves serving as the primary point of contact with County officials and stakeholders, monitoring program performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising staff across multiple sites. The Program Manager is also responsible for coordinating quarterly reviews and performance reports, managing budgets, assessing risks, and developing staffing plans.

  • Minimum Requirements:**
  • Clearance Requirement: Must pass FBI criminal background check and child abuse background check
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Social Work, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing healthcare or social service programs.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicaid/Medicare policies, and community mental health systems.
  • Strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
