🧭 The Opportunity
We are seeking a licensed Program Manager (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar credential) based in Colorado to lead and coordinate our interdisciplinary EAP services across psychology, social work, and nutrition. This role is ideal for a mission-aligned, proactive clinician who thrives in collaborative environments and wants to shape the future of workplace wellness and mental health care.
🔑 Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations across our team of psychologists, social workers, and nutritionists
- Oversee program delivery to ensure alignment with trauma-informed, family-inclusive, and culturally responsive care principles
- Coordinate care pathways and interdisciplinary communication across providers
- Manage CRM and EHR systems (training provided) for client tracking, referrals, and outcome reporting
- Develop and refine workflows for intake, triage, referrals, and follow-ups
- Present wellness content to employers and employees via webinars, workshops, and panel talks
- Support employer partners with custom programming, reporting, and problem-solving
- Monitor program metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development alongside the founder
🧠 Qualifications
- Licensed therapist or clinical social worker in Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent required)
- 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in workplace wellness, EAPs, or integrated care
- Demonstrated experience managing programs or leading teams
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and emotional intelligence
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., TheraNest) and/or EHR systems
- Committed to equity, accessibility, and whole-family mental health models
- A motivated self-starter who can take initiative, work independently, and collaborate virtually

- Experience working with employee benefits teams, HR departments, or small business clients
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Knowledge of trauma-informed organizational practices or DEI wellness initiatives
