Summary

The Programs Manager will design, launch, and oversee accelerator and incubator programs, ensuring that startups receive comprehensive support from application through graduation. This role involves developing program curricula and schedules, coordinating mentors and resources, and working with stakeholders (investors, corporate partners, universities) to enhance program offerings. The Manager will also track program performance and report outcomes to leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Program Development & Launch: Design and implement accelerator/incubator programs and cohorts, including defining objectives and structured curricula.
  • Program Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage logistics, coordinate events (demo days, workshops), and ensure programs align with strategic goals.
  • Startup Support: Serve as the main point of contact for startups, facilitate onboarding, provide operational support, and monitor progress throughout the program.
  • Mentor & Advisor Coordination: Recruit and manage a network of mentors, advisors, and guest experts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate relationships with sponsors, corporate partners, investors, and universities to secure resources and support.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Establish KPIs, track program outcomes, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback mechanisms and stay updated on best practices to ensure programs remain cutting-edge.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in program or project management within startup accelerators, incubators, or innovation centers.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and project-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with early-stage venture challenges, including IP commercialization and fundraising.
  • Comfort using online collaboration tools and data tracking systems.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience with curriculum or workshop design tailored to startups.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to connect startups with mentors and partners.
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with program evaluation methodologies.
  • Fluency in additional languages and cultural competence in international settings.
