Hybrid Work Environment - Must reside in Hawaii Pay Range: $68,000 - $133,000 Note: Individuals typically begin between the minimum to middle of the pay range The Program Manager drives and directs the implementation of major new or updated HMSA benefit plans, Internal Operations (IO) department Initiatives and other transformation deliverables -- from pre-Initiation and Initiation phases through the Planning, Testing, Implementation and Post-Implementation phases. Projects range in size and complexity, from small Internal Operations-independent projects to multi-tiered work streams integrated within large/X-large corporate projects. While the Program Manager is not a business subject matter expert (SME), they are expected, in a reasonable amount of time, to learn and understand program subject matter well enough to perform and oversee the core activities noted below, and most importantly to provide leadership that results in quality deliverables on-time and within budget.
