About the Position
Legacy's Internal Communications team is responsible for the development and implementation of communications and events related to Legacy's greatest asset, our employees. The Program Manager for Internal Communications coordinates the intake of new requests and projects, documents the workflow and develops written and verbal communications, special events and agency-wide informational campaigns to support internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage internal communications projects as assigned. Provide weekly updates on project timelines and deliverables. Escalate issues, barriers, or concerns to the Senior Director for resolution.
* Assist in developing and coordinating Legacy's internal communications materials for distribution by email, presentations, and the internal website.
* Assist in the development/management of print content, graphics and materials for internal events and observances (signage, handouts, etc.) while adhering to the brand identity requirements.
* Develop creative ways to promote company-wide information (service lines, new programs, events and observances, accomplishments and awards) through the creation of new materials and campaigns.
* Assist in the creation and distribution of the weekly internal newsletter, providing editorial and production design services as needed.
* Manage the internal editorial calendars, while working with Marketing and Public Affairs to ensure alignment on messaging of events, observances and campaigns.
* Research information, compile statistics, and gather various data to support internal requests for communications.
* Maintain and organizes Internal Communications resource library, including photo and video archives.
* Develop polished presentations for internal clients related but not limited to Town Halls, Board Presentations, and ad-hoc requests from Executives.
* Draft responses to general inquiries and Internal Communications inbox (e.g., responding to questions, requests for materials, etc.).
* Assist staff with the planning and implementation for special meetings and/or events.
* Maintain archives and inventory of all Internal Communications templates (e-communications, PowerPoint templates, announcements, etc.) and help to communicate their availability within the organization.
* Provide support to the Senior Director of Internal Communications as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in communications or related field (Marketing, Advertising, and Journalism) is required.
* Five (5) years of work-related internal communications or marketing communications experience, preferably including some experience in marketing, digital marketing, public relations, community relations, and/or employee/internal communications environments is required.
