Program Manager Intern - 2025 Summer Internship Program
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Amphenol is one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products in the
world. The Company designs, manufactures and markets electrical, electronic and
fiber optic connectors, coaxial and flat-ribbon cable, and interconnect systems.
The primary end markets for the Company's products are communications and
information processing markets, including cable television, cellular telephone
and data communication and information processing systems; aerospace and
military electronics; and automotive, rail and other transportation and
industrial applications. We are currently seeking a Program Manager Intern to
join our team. The position will be located in Santa Clara, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you'll do:
Gain Experience!
Work alongside Program Managers, sales and engineering departments to get
projects to the finish line to help grow Amphenol business at key customers
Take a strategic and organized approach to log, track, and drive projects
across internal cross functional teams and externally with customers
Organize and protect timelines to meet key milestones including identifying,
communicating, and mitigating obstacles or risks
Work with Program Managers both internally and externally to ensure
alignment of projects
Build account management skills through coordination with contract
manufacturers and their supply chain once programs have been launched to manage
RFQ, forecast, award and POs are received
Learn to manage escalations and expedite requests from contract
manufacturers
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate would be pursuing their Bachelor's in Business, or
another related field
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Interest in the electric vehicle, autonomous drive, and clean energy sector
SKILLS:
You will have the opportunity to work on the following:

The base hourly range for this non-exempt position is $20.00 - $24.00 USD. In
determining rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory

temporary in nature, and ineligible for benefits.
