Summary: Looking for a candidate who is well versed in network development and deploying network build programs, specifically in-building solutions. They will be the central point of contact and responsible for planning, coordinating, presenting, executing, and controlling the development and deployment initiatives initiated by National, Region, or Market levels. Consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, siting solutions, vendor qualification, vendor contract management, vendor pricing, and process improvements are paramount. The Program Manager is adept with all aspects of the site acquisition, zoning, and construction processes, utilizing tools and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Program Manager must be able to work and coordinate all development efforts with Technology, Procurement, and Sales Stakeholders; team collaboration skills are essential. Familiarity with Magenta Built is key. At least 5 years relevant experience required.

Host project calls, take notes
Drive action items to resolution
Partner with Client regional managers/teams

Minimum Requirements:
Familiarity with Magenta Built
Experience developing In-building solutions
Project Management experience
Management of deployment projects
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification
Experience with large scale, in-building deployment programs
Preferred background/prior work experience:
Project Management experience, PMP certification a plus
Experience with in-building solutions, venue, DAS systems
National/network deployments

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$60.00 - $65.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
