Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented go-to-market content program manager. This role will serve as the vital link between high-level strategy and actionable insights, ensuring the SMB sales team is consistently equipped with the resources necessary for efficient and effective revenue generation. The ideal candidate will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, enablement, and localization, to produce external content such as pitch decks and email templates aimed at driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with program management and sales leadership to tailor central product marketing content for SMB-specific needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams—including program managers, sales leadership, localization specialists, product marketing, and vendor teams—to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for SMB sales priorities.
  • Create standardized email templates for sales representatives to leverage during global go-to-market sales initiatives.
  • Develop and refine centralized narratives and pitch decks to support global go-to-market efforts.
  • Manage a centralized go-to-market calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and communication support ahead of sales motion deadlines.
  • Monitor, track, and report progress on global go-to-market initiatives to sales leadership.
  • Support the localization and regionalization of Global SMB Sales Enablement programs and strategies.
  • Ensure external sales content is consistently aligned with product documentation created by the Product Marketing team.
  • Analyze various content types and use cases, persuading cross-functional partners to adopt the most impactful content formats based on strategic objectives.
  • Drive the creation of compelling story arcs within content development, visualizing and crafting the narratives needed to resonate with the target audience.
  • Oversee the maintenance of SMB Highspot pages to ensure all content remains relevant, up-to-date, and accurate.
  • Build and manage project plans, curate content, and oversee necessary system configurations to deliver quarterly product trainings for sales teams.
  • Champion the adoption of centralized content and content-generation tools across the SMB sales organization.
  • Maintain and manage the content intake request form, enabling regions to submit content needs effectively.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or sales operation roles in the SaaS or technology industry
  • 2+ years of experience in sales content strategy, sales packaging, GTM strategy
  • Strategic communicator with demonstrated success in leading global, cross-functional workstreams to deliver projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Experienced project manager with a proven ability to independently navigate complex initiatives and drive results.
  • Skilled marketer with expertise in written communication to inspire action from external clients.
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to transform complex data into captivating and digestible formats tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Adept at multitasking in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining a sense of urgency and focus.
  • Excellent coordination capabilities, with a knack for holding stakeholders accountable to ensure project completion and alignment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Docebo, Highspot, or Asana is a preferred asset.
