Come join our growing team today! HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager II to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The PM II will serve as the primary contract manager and interface between the company and government in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is responsible for workforce management, operational efficiency, and ensuring contract compliance and performance. #LI-SF1 What You Will Do: * Act as the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government leadership, and agency representatives. * Lead contract execution, ensuring performance meets objectives, timelines, and standards. * Oversee workforce planning, including manpower utilization, delegation of authority, and distribution of assignments. * Analyze and improve work methods, procedures, management controls, and information/documentation systems. * Formulate and enforce work standards, monitor discrepancies, and provide strategic oversight of personnel. * Develop and implement policies that align with organizational goals and contractual obligations. * Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and security protocols, maintaining adherence to contract requirements. What We're Looking For: * 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience. * Extensive knowledge of contract management concepts, regulations, and best practices. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams, oversee contract execution, and resolve operational challenges. * Active DoD Secret Clearance required; must be eligible to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
