Overview
The Program Manager II support the Enterprise PMO’s mission to drive governance, transparency, and alignment across our Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Operating at the portfolio level, this role is pivotal in standardizing program health reporting, maintaining governance frameworks, and ensuring cross-program visibility for executive leadership. This individual will champion portfolio-level governance processes, support tool integration (PowerBI, PowerApps, MS Project), and act as a liaison between program teams and the PMO to drive consistency, quality, and actionable insight across the enterprise program landscape.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage program reporting on accomplishments, deliverables, and milestones
- Communicate with stakeholders on program performance and program issues
- Partner with Portfolio Managers to track strategic alignment, escalate risks, and enable capacity/resource planning at the SBU level
- Review program schedules with functional program managers and project coordinators
- Coordinate and support program delivery and processes
- Facilitate monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) by aggregating status across programs, coordinating executive briefs, and ensuring data readiness
- Compile and maintain governance artifacts: SOPs, checklists, PMR templates, IMS formats, and KPI dashboards
- Assist in the development and rollout of PMO training, onboarding, and tool adoption initiatives
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Business / Commerce (Bachelor's degree) or Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Related Field of Study (Bachelor's degree)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
- (6) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
- No experience required in lieu of Masters Degree.
Additional Information
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
- Pay Range: $70,751 - $88,439 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
