Summary

Role Definition: The ideal candidate will drive Functional Governance, Pricing Modeling,

Data Analytics, and Support Function Interface for the business unit (BU) while facilitating

communication and collaboration across teams to ensure successful project execution.

Work Experience:

• 8–12 years of work experience.

• In the future, the candidate may lead additional team members.

• As of now, they will be supported by a Research Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Governance: Establish and drive a robust governance framework, track

• portfolio performance metrics, conduct intra/inter-team reviews, and facilitate effective

• communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on overall progress.

• Foster Innovation: Identify triggers for IFRS, prepare high-level POVs/business cases

• for accelerator investments, and drive validation through Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery

• Program Managers. Maintain the GenAI IFRS Solution Library.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Marketing, GTM, Finance,

• Legal, Sales Operations, Pre-Sales, and Product Teams to align efforts and optimize

• outcomes.

Escalation Management:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide

• updates, and manage expectations. Oversee knowledge transfer between accelerator

• teams.

• Reporting & Cadence: Organize regular cadences, design and implement KPI

• dashboards for IFRS accelerator performance, and publish reports highlighting progress,

• challenges, and next steps.

Qualifications:

• MBA with an engineering background and a strong understanding of finance.

• Strong grasp of business processes and their impact on project success.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional

teams.

Role Definition: The ideal candidate will drive Sales, Delivery, and Partnership programs with

stakeholders while facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to ensure

successful project execution.

Work Experience:

• 8–12 years of work experience.

• In the future, the candidate may lead additional team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Efficiency: Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the accelerator

• portfolio and create a playbook for IFRS accelerator adoption.

Sales Management:

• Work with Sales (IFRS Accelerator Owner) to integrate accelerators into sales

• motions and support customer engagements.

• Define prioritization frameworks for accelerator investments.

• Collaborate with Research to translate industry trends and customer

• requirements into accelerator specifications.

• Drive IFRS accelerator adoption, develop competitive positioning, and create

• battle cards.

Engineering Coordination:

• Collaborate with Engineering to establish IFRS accelerator development

• priorities.

• Oversee technical architecture and standards to ensure scalability, reusability,

• and quality of technical implementations.

• Own individual IFRS accelerator roadmaps and manage feature prioritization.

• Drive IFRS accelerator adoption by creating product documentation and usage

guidelines.

Partnership Management:

• Identify integration opportunities and develop joint value propositions with

• hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google) and other ecosystem partners.

• Build relationships with key hyperscalers and ecosystem partners.

• Enable sales and partnership teams by creating sales collateral, demos, and training materials.

• Ensure all accelerators are available in GenAI Labs and facilitate design thinking

• and innovation workshops with partners.



Execution Momentum:

Drive project execution to ensure alignment with strategic goals

and objectives.

Problem Solving:

Proactively address issues and roadblocks that arise during project

execution to maintain momentum.

Qualifications:
