Role: ​Program Manager - HR & Operations

What You’ll Do:

• Leads and executes HR projects from planning to completion
• Enhances employee engagement and global D&I strategies
• Supports Class A certification and operational excellence
• Coordinates cross-functional teams and external consultants
• Builds strong relationships across regions and leadership level
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and project goals
• Delivers timely reporting, performance tracking, and stakeholder communication

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline
• + 3 years’ experience in HR or project management; strong understanding of supply chain, certification standards, and change leadership.
