Summary

Job Description The Program Manager will directly support a higher education client and their 8 campuses across the Miami-Dade area. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing capital improvement programs, rehab/upgrade projects, or similar initiatives at the university/college or K12 level. The Program Manager will lead the team, overseeing Sr. Project Managers and Project Managers, and ensuring proper execution based on client needs, schedules, and budgets. They will provide oversight and coordination, effectively communicating with stakeholders and maintaining quality standards. The salary is between $190-210k. Skills and Requirements -B.S. in civil engineering or related field - 10-15+ years of civil engineering experience with demonstrated experience in site-civil design and higher education facility projects - 5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful projects - Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management principles and tools, such as AutoCAD and Procore - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively managing relationships with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders - Professional Engineer (PE) highly preferred - Master's degree - Bilingual in Spanish null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
