Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of program management experience in fast-paced environments
• Proven experience coordinating multiple workstreams
• Strong technical knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and follow-up skills
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining positive working relationships
• Experience working with both enterprise and startup environments
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to pivot quickly when changes occur
• Excellent collaboration skills for working within a tight-knit team

As the Program Manager, you will provide strategic oversight while helping to coordinate across these initiatives and ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide high-level program coordination and oversight while supporting tactical project managers
• Identify and establish key points of contact within each stakeholder group to streamline communications and ensure efficient information dissemination
• Coordinate essential updates and ensure information flows effectively between teams
• Manage cross-functional initiatives, anticipating potential roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies
• Hold stakeholders and team members accountable for delivering project goals on time
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and guide teams through transitions
• Bridge communications between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support the existing project managers by providing program-level guidance and coordination
