You’ll have the support of our events & community team and the wider Cicada team but be on point for ensuring flawless execution of education programs
- Thoughtfully forge and cultivate relationships and maintain regular engagement with our residents and other founders, commercialisation personnel, researchers and clinicians, to help them achieve their goals.
- Use feedback from program participants and key stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of content and delivery of the programs: our ultimate goal is to maximise the impact for biotech ventures.
- Maintain impact metrics to produce high quality program reports, documents, and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Review and monitor program cash flow, and facilitate the approval of program related expenditure
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with partners and key stakeholders (alumni, government, industry, venture capital) to strengthen Jumar’s role in the ecosystem
- Support business development opportunities, as required
About you:

- You are meticulous in documentation and organisation: you will help us build and manage effective and efficient processes and procedures, to achieve and exceed milestones and deliverables of multiple programs at once
- You have a high degree of initiative, are a self-starter and a problem solver: While our team has solid foundations, we’re also extremely hands-on. You should be too!
- You are a people person who is interested in understanding the needs and drivers of programs participants and how our programs can help them succeed
- You are a strong networker, self motivated, approachable, and have a desire to join a purpose-led company
