Your impact

As a global leader of Program Management and Construction Management (PM/CM) services with projects ranging from $1 million to programs that cost up to $10 billion, we deliver award winning total Design and/or Construction Management projects for public and private sector clients. From the pre-construction phase, through complete erection of the project, to the post-construction and commissioning, we function as an extension of our clients' goals and aspirations. Project sector and types include Aviation, Emergency Operations & Data Centers, Healthcare, both Higher Education and K-12, Hospitality & Entertainment, Correctional & Rehabilitation Facilities, and Research & Development Facilities.

We’re seeking a Program Manager, a key member of our California team. You’ll be leading a multidiscipline team to help advance our business development plan for growth, as well as utilizing your experience to execute project strategies.

You will be responsible for overall project delivery on multiple project assignments (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts). You’ll play an integral role in engaging between project client, architect of record, general contractor, among others. Your leadership skills is a key responsibility in fostering collaborative communications and relationships.

In this role, you will manage project development experience from programming through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll also provide oversight and manage coordination of activities to mitigate risks, issues and ensure deliverables are met.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • 15+ years of Project Construction Management experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing large programs with projects in construction values excess of $100 million required
  • 10+ years’ experience leading and assisting with business development and growth strategy development
  • Proven seller/doer with strong networks and relationships in the healthcare market in various California geographies
  • Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building preferred


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification

The base salary range for this position is $179,100.00 to $250,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
