Program Manager - Acquired Brain Injury

Job Description

Project Genesis seeks a Program Manager to support adults with Acquired Brain Injury in Central Connecticut. This position requires working at Project Genesis's Main Office in Willimantic twice a week. Other days require traveling to various locations to fulfill the Program Manager's responsibilities.

Responsibilities include case management, program coordination, hiring, supervision, retention, scheduling, billing, reporting and implementing behavior plans. The position is responsible to maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and ensure documentation meets standards set by federal, state and local guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • 2 years’ experience working with disabilities.
  • Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to travel 50% for work.

Education

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience

  • disability support: 2 years (Preferred)
  • supervisory: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification

  • Driver's License (Required)
