Your responsibilities
Support each sponsor of strategic pillars and initiatives leaders to ensure the timely execution of the Corporate Strategy
Implement and improve tracking tools to monitor and report the execution of the strategic initiatives
Up-date as required the defined strategic KPIs
Identify and mitigate potential risks and support resolving issues that affect project scope, quality, and schedule
Propose adjustment plans as necessary to meet objectives
Prepare regular progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership (Q-Talk, internal blogs, etc.)
Manage and maintain the project documentation in Microsoft Teams and ensure easy access to the information
Support Head of Strategy and Sustainability in preparation of various internal and external communication events
Lead specific strategic projects: market analysis including competition, risks and opportunities analysis for potential expansion into new markets
Your Qualifications
A master’s degree in business, social sciences, engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing projects, preferably in a strategic context
Experience in implementing strategic plans and initiatives
A history of working with various departments to achieve project goals in a global organization
Familiarity with guiding organizations through change, including the adoption of new strategies or processes
Credentials like the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification can be beneficial
Ability to understand the big picture and long-term vision of the organization and combine complex information from multiple sources into a unified reporting framework
Assessing, reporting and propose risk mitigation plans to keep projects on track
Balancing multiple tasks and priorities to ensure project milestones are met
Proficient in project management software and tools as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
