This position will serve as the internal liaison between departments and clients to ensure that the location is fully compliant with all contractual requirements. ???????*This position is contingent upon the contract being awarded* Duties and Responsibilities: Contract oversight and facilitation of client needs with anticipation of growth Perform continued analyses regarding program needs and productivity and effectively communicate those needs to the corporate team Maintain and adjust staffing needs and resources to ensure effective cost management Review and understand all relevant contracts, associated contract compliance and exhibit an awareness of potential changes and react accordingly to those changes Exhibit and communicate a thorough understanding of GC Logistics policies and employee handbook guidelines to ensure employees adhere to said policies and guidelines Develop a strong working relationship with clientsand GC Logistics (GCL) Assessment Staff aimed at best meeting their needs Maintain a Safety First attitude with clients and personnel alike to ensure a safe, efficient, and healthy working environment
