Program Manager contract employee shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience with managing and related services in building(s) of similar size and complexity. The Contractor shall provide employee resumes covering these positions to the CO for approval. At the discretion of the CO or their designee formal training may be substituted for experience. All supervisors are required to be fully conversate in English. Responsibilities include: Manage day and night shift staff to ensure completion of services per contract Oversee and develop supply orders in conjunction with monthly budgets Develop efficiencies and overall P&L of contract Assure quality control and daily customer satisfaction Desired Qualifications- Over 5 years of direct management experience, managing a staff of 20 or more people. Managing multiple shifts is a plus.
