We offer civil and structural engineering, planning + landscape architecture, survey, and construction inspection services to public and private clients throughout Texas.

What You’ll Be Doing
The Program Manager will lead and oversee large-scale, complex projects for institutional clients, primarily in healthcare and higher education. For exceptionally qualified candidates, this role may be considered at the Vice President level, with expanded responsibilities and leadership opportunities. This role is essential in managing client relationships and aligning project teams across departments to achieve critical milestones while upholding high standards of quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings expertise in consulting, project management within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sectors, and a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Additionally, this position requires advanced client advisory skills to provide strategic guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Once Selected To Join Our Team, You Will
- Serve as a trusted advisor to large healthcare and higher education clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges and tailoring project management and advisory approaches to meet these specific requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients providing strategic consulting and advisory services, offering insights and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle to optimize project outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client objectives.
- Foster long-term client relationships to ensure continued work and business development opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on AEC best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage large-scale AEC projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders including city officials, architects, engineers, and construction professionals to deliver high quality projects.
- Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Implement and enforce quality control and assurance processes to maintain high standards of project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
- Assist clients in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and innovation in project delivery.

Key Qualifications
Candidates with extensive leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level projects may be considered for a Vice President designation.
Knowledge
- Proven expertise in consulting and client advisory services, building trusted relationships with clients.
- Experience with various project delivery methods, including Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Design-Build.
- Background working with healthcare or higher education institutions.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong leadership skills with executive-level communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in client relationship and project management, ideally with large institutional clients.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and provide strategic guidance to key stakeholders and executives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business or a related field.
