Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Greenwood Village, CO. Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager who will also oversee Portfolio Manager duties. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals, and managing individual projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and have a proven track record in both portfolio and project management. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects within the portfolio align with the organization's strategic objectives and goals
• Track and report on the performance of the portfolio, including key metrics such as schedule and quality
• Monitor project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Identify and manage risks at the portfolio and project levels, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively
• Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to provide updates on portfolio performance and address any concerns
• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any issues that need to be addressed
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are met
• Ensure that solutions align with business objectives and user needs
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing functional solutions
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team
  
  

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
