Enterprise Engineering Services (EES) is seeking a qualified candidate for a Program Manager (ONSITE) position located at the William J. Hughes Technical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the Regional Information System (REGIS) and Staffing and Payroll System (SAPS) programs. The role involves comprehensive program management, project management, and IT support services. Key Responsibilities: * Program Management: * Develop and maintain a Project Management Plan (PMP). * Submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and Monthly Financial Reports (MFRs). * Conduct monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs). * Project Management: * Ensure smooth transition-in and transition-out processes. * Coordinate with the FAA Office of Information and Technology (AIT). * Technical Support: * Provide technical support for REGIS and SAPS applications and databases. * Maintain and update system documentation and training materials. * Operations and Maintenance: * Ensure continuous operation and maintenance of REGIS and SAPS. * Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide optimization recommendations. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree + 10 yrs. Experience * PMP certification * Strong knowledge of financial management systems and IT infrastructure. * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
