Early Excellence Program of Denver is a mission-driven preschool located in the heart of Denver's Cole community, committed to nurturing young minds through inclusive, culturally responsive, and bilingual early childhood education. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and passionate Program Manager to support all areas of our preschool operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the school's founder and help shape a growing institution making a real impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide managerial support across all preschool functions
• Assist in communications with families and staff
• Must be organized and flexible in a fast-paced work environment
• Manage scheduling and record keeping
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to troubleshoot
• Help coordinate events, family preschool tours, and communications with potential new enrollments
• Work closely with leadership and teaching staff on special projects

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Background in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Professionally credentialed through the state of Colorado (or in process) preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with excellent communication and people skills
