Acts as a Program Manager for a large transformation Program by demonstrating program execution leadership across day-to-day task monitoring, tracking the defects, maintaining the schedules
Develops project plans and ensure programs and projects are delivered within the schedule, scope, cost, budget, and resources expectations.
Collaborate with different technology groups and scrum teams to ensure the project delivery in on time with the required quality
Necessary Support for Offering and Pre-Sales, talks specific challenges and opportunities, provides thought leadership, insights, and perspectives that support client initiatives and align services and solutions of vertical.
Applies continuous improvement to existing processes within program team and make it more efficient with defined processes and governance around it.
Staying closely connected to all the teams involved, act as Scrum master towards offering build, also active participation in reviewing for the deliverables
Being top of the all the dependencies, risks and issues for the program and work on the risk mitigations as required. Also reach out to client proactively to seek the support and help to overcome the challenges and obstacles
Very good generating the reports for the different audience and able to anchor the discussion during daily/weekly/monthly discussions

Plan, direct and coordinate activities of client to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished.
Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in leading team for delivery management.
At least 3+ years of experience in project management having multiple teams.
Experience in handling and delivering large digital transformation projects.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, good to have degree in business management.
Good Knowledge of the P&C Insurance Domain
A high degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
Professional certification (PMP or SAFe® Agilist or PgMP) preferred.
ITIL/ITSM certification a plus.
Experience working in global delivery model is a plus.
