IE University is seeking a highly skilled and creative Program Manager, Corporate Programs to contribute to our cutting-edge educational initiatives within the IE Special Projects department!

The Program Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of programs for corporate clients in the Middle East. This comprises ensuring high quality levels and strong customer focus and implementing the required guidelines and policies to ensuring the successful delivery of the programs. The PM should be very detail-oriented and demonstrated good skills for promoting a sense of community among participants in the programs, as well as with the corporate client point of contact.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid and also will have to frequently travel to the Middle East.&

• rogram management for senior executives, ensuring successful delivery.S
• upport on-going engagement with participants during and after the program.E
• ngage with corporate clients in the delivery and the day to day of the programP
• articipation in the design of the programs.&

o thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:​M

• aster’s degree.F
• luent in English. Arabic is a plus.C
• ultural awareness to coordinate a multinational group of stakeholders.I
• nternational experience is strongly preferred.S
• trong project management capabilities.T
• he candidate will demonstrate solid customer management skills, ability to work under pressure, and high level of accountability.I
• nnovative and creative personality with good storytelling skills.S
• trong collaborative skills to work across schools and Centers at IE.S
• elf-starter.C
• omfortable with senior executives.P
• revious experience in program delivery at IE highly valued.E
• xperience in program design is a plus.&
