AGRIM is a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. Having closed our Series B round of funding with Tier-1 investors, we are very well capitalized. KEY ROLE AREAS

1. To work with Head of Operations on strategic initiatives with high impact on company’s operational efficiency and data visibility
2. Identify key data metrics to track for each sub-function and work with data team for visualization. Work closely with respective business functions to drive daily consumption and actionable around same data metrics
3. Setup cadence on timely monitoring around key operational compliances leading to frequent failures.
4. Setup key people process for 100+ team size around people efficiency, manual flows and customer touchpoints.
5. Revamp manual unscalable processes in the existing system via product/process driven approach
6. Engage with existing operations team to map out key process improvements required; build SOPs, execute and monitor closely till process is stabilized
7. Identify product initiatives needed to drive man-less operations; jot down detailed BRDs and work closely with product team to get the products executed
8. Extensive coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders to fast-pace projects
