Program Manager (Contract)

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

Summary

Join a dynamic team of designers, researchers, UX writers, UX engineers, and CreativeOps dedicated to crafting innovative web experiences for a global audience. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences across various platforms and projects. Your primary focus will be on Creative Operations and Production Operations, collaborating closely with design leaders to streamline processes and drive high-quality deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design leaders to refine project briefs and prioritize tasks.
• Optimize processes to ensure alignment and efficiency in achieving project objectives.
• Drive design deliverables for each product cycle.
• Manage design work items, scope, and requirements.
• Identify capacity and forecast for design workloads.
• Facilitate design reviews and capture actionable insights.
• Review tools and processes to enhance cross-team collaboration.
  
  

Requirements

• 5 overall years of experience in the field.
• Experience with tracking tools like ADO (Azure DevOps), Jira, Basecamp, Asana, or similar.
• Experience in operational efficiency and process innovation.
• Experience in program management within a design studio setting.
  
  

Additional Details

• Location: Remote
• Duration: 2 Months
• Pay Range: $49 - 55.50 per hour
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
