Join a dynamic team as a Commissioning Program Manager, where you will lead and manage building systems commissioning projects from start to finish. This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive commissioning plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and facility personnel to ensure systems meet design specifications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Conduct and lead commissioning meetings, overseeing functional performance testing.
• Identify and resolve deficiencies, maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Expand the commissioning program to other business units as needed.
  
  
  

Skills

• Extensive experience in commissioning processes and project management.
• Strong understanding of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and controls.
• Proficiency in building automation systems and project management software.
• Ability to conduct thorough reviews of design documents and specifications.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CCP or CBCP.
• Knowledge of LEED principles and energy efficiency.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
