Description

DSI is searching for a Program Manager who will be responsible for supporting the timely execution and management of program deliverables.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Ohio Benefits Program (OB) Project Calendar for Discovery, JAR and JAD Sessions.

Maintain the Consolidated Design Calendar for OB.

Schedule and facilitate Discovery, Requirements Gathering, Design Sessions, and Document Walkthroughs to support technical and stakeholder teams in the delivery of Enhancement Releases and Product Upgrades.

Schedule and facilitate OB Call Center (CSS/IVR)sessions for enhancements.

Schedule and facilitate OB Document Management(EDMS) sessions for enhancements.

Review, comment, and/or approve Functional Design Documents submitted by technical teams for enhancements.

Track the status of all OB Functional Design Documents.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, their project managers, and contributing teams.

Serve as primary point of contact for all OB Program-related scheduling issues and document handling.

Identify, track, anticipate, and proactively address issues; resolve conflicts with sensitivity and tact.

Ensure that tasks provide value, support OB's strategic direction, and meet service commitments with scheduling and project plans.

Serve as primary contact for OB Program-related document deliverable submission processes.

Ensure documents are stakeholder-approved, send timely reminders, and confirm final approvals.

Ensure documents are securely saved in the appropriate SharePoint site.

Coordinate project Quality Gates between various OB systems (OB/IVR/EDMS/BOT) and require compliance with quality standards.

Be accountable for securing stakeholder Program Plan and Quality Gate approvals.

Requirements

7 years experience with project management tasks in a matrixed stakeholder environment required.

Ability to describe key phases and deliverables associated with a typical IT project required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with specific examples provided required.

Demonstrated experience and skills in ensuring the timely execution and management of program deliverables required.

Currently hold or be willing to pursue PMP certification highly desired.

Knowledge of and experience with Ohio Benefit programs including: - Medicaid highly desired.

Knowledge of and experience with Ohio Benefit programs including: - SNAP/Cash Assistance highly desired.

Knowledge of and experience with Ohio Benefit programs including: - Childcare Eligibility and Enrollment Systems highly desired.

Knowledge of and experience with Ohio Benefit programs including: - IVR Call Center technology highly desired.

Knowledge of and experience with Ohio Benefit programs including: - Document Management systems highly desired.
