Principal – Program Manager

Rate: 90-130/hour

Summary:

Lead and manage medium to large-scale cross-functional projects from initiation through closure across Financial Risk Management, IT, Operations, Security, and Shared Services. Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure delivery of solutions on time, within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project initiation, detailed planning, execution, and closure activities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables; track and report project progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams; escalate issues and manage change controls.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards, processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support audits, examinations, and compliance activities; mentor junior project team members.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience leading medium to large complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies; experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Skilled in risk management, problem-solving, and cross-functional team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
• Preferred: PMP or Agile Scrum certification.
