Title: Program Manager Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 9 months Work Engagement: W2 Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Project Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management. Responsibilities: * Meeting management and planning with ability to keep team aligned to deliverables and timelines. * Tracking progress, completing any follow-ups required, and reporting results to management team. * Delivering reporting to executive leadership team in efficient and concise manner. Qualifications: * Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. * Background in Financial Services or Regulated Industry. * Possess excellent attention to detail and highly organized. * Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Ability to multitask. * Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to speak to executive leadership. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. * Previous experience with project management tools as it relates to artifacts. * Risk and control framework experience (highly preferred) * Advanced user of PowerPoint and Visio. * Intermediate user of Excel.
