Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple interconnected projects within the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Utilize BI tools and techniques to analyze program performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Implement and oversee project control systems to monitor progress, manage changes, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
Create and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting program status, risks, and key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Manage updates to project management tools (Adaptive Work, Ingenious, Tririga)
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in program management and BI.
Mentor and develop team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on BI and project controls.
Strong proficiency in BI tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
Extensive experience with project control methodologies and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.
