Programme Manager - Financial Services Transformation (Asset Finance Focus)

WFH policy: 1-2 days per week on-site

Duration: 3 months initially (highly likely to extend)

Rate: £630 per day (Outside IR35)

The client are at a pivotal stage of modernising their processes and integrating new technology to support ambitious growth plans. They require an experienced Programme Manager to lead a crucial initial phase of discovery and planning. You will be instrumental in defining the future state and creating a clear roadmap for implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a small team, including a subject matter expert and a Business Analyst.
• Facilitating requirements gathering and conducting executive-level workshops.
• Developing a comprehensive implementation plan outlining the transition from analysis to execution.

Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Programme Manager within the financial services sector.
• Direct experience in asset finance, lending, or related domains.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging at an executive level.
• Experience leading discovery and planning phases for significant transformation programmes.
