We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring program success from inception to completion while managing international projects and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop and oversee program assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Identify and manage key stakeholders, planning and coordinating their contributions.
• Manage budgets and funding channels for optimal productivity.
• Collect and formalize functional requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Carry out programs in compliance with project management standards, managing risks and opportunities.
• Conduct audits, analyze discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and monitor action plans, ensuring sustainable program success.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience managing large international projects in an upper-management role.
• Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (advanced level).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proven experience working with Mainframe systems and COBOL

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field.
• Experience in proposal writing.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing.
